Returns & Refunds
1. VOLTAO’s Warranty Policy
VOLTAO provides a 365-day warranty for all eyewear, starting from the date of delivery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship. It excludes damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.
2. Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
You may return, exchange, or request a refund for eyewear that doesn’t meet your expectations within 30 days of delivery. Key details:
- Each order qualifies for one return or exchange within the 30-day window.
- Returns/exchanges for non-quality issues are not accepted after 30 days.
- Options include product exchange, store credit, or full refund for the returned item.
3. Orders Mistaken by VOLTAO
If we send incorrect items (e.g., wrong prescription, wrong style), we’ll:
- Provide a pre-paid shipping label for returning the faulty merchandise.
- Offer a free replacement or full refund to your original payment method (or VOLTAO Store Credit, if preferred).
4. Orders Mistaken by the Customer
If you made an error (e.g., incorrect prescription, wrong shipping address):
- Pre-paid return labels are not available for customer-initiated mistakes.
- Return shipping costs will be your responsibility.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds follow these standard terms:
- Processing begins within 7 business days of receiving your returned item.
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Allow 3–7 business days for funds to reflect in your account.
6. Exchange Process
Exchanges are handled as follows:
- We’ll ship your new item once we receive and inspect your returned eyewear.
- If the new item has a higher price, you’ll be responsible for the difference.
7. How to return or exchange your eyewear?
- STEP 1Contact customer service to initiate a return. Please include the reason for the return.
- STEP 2Our customer service team will contact you within 24-48 hours to confirm the return details.
- For QUALITY ISSUES
- STEP 3You’ll receive a pre-paid USPS shipping label, return the eyewear to your nearest USPS location.
- STEP 4Once we receive the returned glasses, we will process the replacement or refund to your ZEELOOL Wallet or original payment method within 24-48 hours.
- For OTHER ISSUES
- STEP 3You’ll receive a return address, you will need to pay for return shipping and send the eyewear to us. Once sent, please provide the tracking number.Please note that the return address is not the same as the one on the shipping label.
- STEP 4After we receive the returned glasses, we’ll process your replacement or refund to your ZEELOOL Wallet or original payment method (excluding shipping costs) within 24-48 hours, and you’ll receive the funds in 3-7 business days after that.
8. Modifying or Canceling Orders
If you want to modify or cancel your order, please contact VOLTAO Customer Service.Please note that if your order is already in the processing stage, additional processing fees may apply. Please refer to the chart below for details.
- For Frames & Accessories Only:
- Before Shipment (In Processing): Free
- After Shipment: 30% of the Order Total
- For Glasses with Prescription/Lenses:
- Before Shipment (In Processing): 10% of the Order Total
- After Shipment: 30% of the Order Total
9. Return Shipping Address
Important notes for returns:
- Do not send returns to the address on your original package (this is not our return facility).
- Use the pre-paid label provided (for quality issues) or the address shared by our customer service team.
10. Ensuring Smooth Return Processing
To avoid delays:
- Only return items purchased directly from VOLTAO (we cannot process third-party merchandise).
- Share your return tracking number with customer service after shipping—this helps accelerate processing.
11. About VOLTAO Store Credit
VOLTAO Store Credit is a virtual balance linked to your account, redeemable for future purchases on our website.
- Store credit is added to your account immediately after your return is processed (if selected instead of a refund).
- It cannot be converted to cash or refunded to your original payment method.
12. Refund Disbursement
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
- If you no longer have access to the original payment method, refunds will be issued as VOLTAO Store Credit.
- Due to potential shipping delays, allow an additional 3–7 business days for refunds to fully process.
