A: We currently accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

A: Yes. All payments are encrypted and processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: If your order has not entered the processing stage, we may be able to modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible at service@glassese.com.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Our glasses are produced and shipped from our fulfillment centers in China.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Total delivery time = Processing Time + Shipping Time.
• Processing Time: 2–4 business days (lens cutting & assembly)
• Free Shipping: 14–18 business days
• Advanced Shipping: 7–14 business days
• Business Express Shipping (DHL): 5–9 business days
Q: Will I receive a tracking number?
A: Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Please contact us immediately. If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Yes. Please email service@glassese.com with your order number and issue. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.
Q: Where do I send my return?
A: Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is approved, depending on your location.
Q: Do you offer warranty?
A: Yes. Our glasses come with a 365-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
Q: Do you offer Virtual Try-On?
A: Not yet. This feature is not supported at the moment.
Q: How do I choose the right frame size?
A: Each product page includes detailed measurements (lens width, bridge, temple length). You can compare them with your current glasses.
